Juliet Grant – Senior Property Manager Juliet is a world traveller. Her previous job in hospitality gave her remarkable opportunities to travel and work not only in the Caribbean but also far-off destinations, including Asia, Germany and Africa. After 15 years of working in the hotel industry, she has made use of her knowledge by focusing on the relationship between customer relations and tenant relations. She believes strongly in having a positive attitude, going above and beyond for her clients, and most importantly staying humble. These qualities helped her quickly grow into her role after she started in Dart as an Administrative Assistant in 2014. Juliet loves and appreciates her work life at Dart Real Estate as she can see a lot of growth in herself and others with all the future developments. During her downtime, Juliet loves listening to Soca music, which reminds her of her home country of Trinidad and Tobago as well as a little bit of reggae and jazz while spending quality time with her daughter and her husband. |

Kevin Line – Director of Engineering Kevin is a Professional Engineer with a broad technical background and over 20 years' experience driving continuous improvement and lean business initiatives. Kevin approaches everything with a customer satisfaction perspective, and his invaluable insights have been a cornerstone of the Dart Property Management team since he joined in 2016. While Kevin is undeniably dedicated to maintaining the efficiency and functionality of our facilities, he emphasizes that his primary focus is on the people. His motto, "If you are happy and do well, we will do well," exemplifies his commitment to fostering a positive and thriving community and corporate culture. As the founder and chair of our Joint Health and Safety Committee, safety is a top priority for Kevin, and he continues to champion a safe and healthy environment for all employees, customers, and visitors. Outside of his professional pursuits, if you don't find Kevin fixing or building something, you might spot him on a bike or riding a board. |
