These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are a legal contract between you (either you as an individual or the entity or organization on whose behalf you are entering into these terms and conditions) and Cayman Shores Development Ltd. This Website is for informational purposes regarding various Cayman Shores Development Ltd. affiliate companies.
In these Terms, reference is made to CSDL’s “affiliates,” which shall include companies that are affiliated with CSDL by reason that these companies are in the same common ownership as CSDL. Affiliates shall also include the parent company of the group of which CSDL is a member.

No waiver by CSDL of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. CSDL may revise these Terms from time to time; the most current version will always be at www.camanabayretail.info. By continuing to access or use the Website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
Other than the CSDL Entities, no other person or company will be third party beneficiaries to the Terms.
